The National Committee (Tarahum) believes that the care and empowerment of inmates, released persons and their families is a shared responsibility that requires the integration of efforts among government, non-profit and private-sector entities. Through partnerships, the Committee directs efforts towards more sustainable pathways that are closely aligned with the needs of beneficiaries.
