This licence does not establish any relationship of cooperation or joint work between the Licensor and the Licensees.

  • The Licensor is not responsible for any errors, omissions or surpluses in the open data, nor for any analyses and decisions based upon it, nor for anything resulting from its use in any form whatsoever.
  • The Licensor reserves the right to amend, update or withhold any part or all of the published open data without prior notice.
  • The Licensee is prohibited from misrepresenting the Licensor's open data or misrepresenting its source.

  • The Licensee is required to clearly cite the source of the information and data it has reused by explicitly naming the Licensor — whether through a link to its website, by email, or through the Open Data Platform — in order to preserve the intellectual property of the data.
